Our recent trip to New Zealand with Golf and Vintage Vacations /New Zealand Golf and Wine Tours was an incredible experience! This trip spoke to our needs as an active based travel group. We were delighted to golf some of the most interesting and beautiful courses in the world.

Te Arai was a spectacular setting, with its rolling dunes and modern accommodations. With 16 holes presenting ocean views, it was hard to beat. Jack’s Point was a craggy links course, and Kauri Cliffs offered incredible golf conditions with amazing cliff views.

The combination of hiking, golf and special excursions, and I am referring to the catamaran/gourmet BBQ excursion on the Bay of Islands, kept us active and pleasantly surprised. The cruise combined swimming, hiking, and sailing in a peaceful setting.

Overall, Cheryl, was always attentive to the details. From restaurant selections to adjustments she had us covered and communicating throughout our journey of the South and North Islands of New Zealand.

What fun we had on our comprehensive tour of New Zealand covering both islands, the cooler South and the warmer North. With Cheryl’s creative planning, we experienced so much, from riverboat rides, to wineries, beaches, waterfalls, forests, and highlighted with a meaningful cultural experience with the Maori people. Finally, excellent accommodations, delicious food, wine tours and, best of all playing breathtakingly scenic championship golf courses.

Our tour of NZ was truly incredible. New Zealand is such a beautiful country, and has so much to offer, in terms of scenery, culture and history, great wine & food, plus activities of all kinds.

In 3 weeks, we covered a lot of ground, and each day was tailored to be fun, varied & interesting. We were provided with a detailed itinerary, and were well taken care of throughout, with a schedule flexible enough to accommodate individual interests.

Cheryl arranged all the bookings, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, restaurants, tee times, and wine & cultural tours. I'd highly recommend this for anyone interested in fun, worry-free travel. Thanks, Cheryl!
